This exciting event began at 1 pm with the
procession led by Devin Jones, which included 60-70 robed clergy.
As the clergy entered many voices joined in signing "In the Midst
of New Dimensions". |

Members from all areas of the Missouri
Mid-South Conference joined in a mass choir under the direction of
Mr. Jerry Cundiff, President of the Western Association and
Director of Music at Country Club UCC, Kansas City. The
choir sang "Maybe God is Still Speaking" by James Ahrend. |

After Scriptures read in Samoan by Faita Leota,
in German by Devin Jones, and in English by Kelli Whitman, our
guest speaker, retired Conference Minister of the Penn Central
Conference, Rev. Dr. Lyle Weible preached on "Religion and
Reconciliation". |

The sermon was followed by an inspiring
anthem, "His Mercy Endureth Forever" sung by the Greater New
Higher Heights UCC Adult Choir led by Minister Amos Isaac. |

At this time we began the Service of
Installation. Pictured left to right are: Jeff Whitman;
Conference Moderator, Karin Oelzen; Joyce Bathke, Chair of the
Conference Minister Search Committee; Jerry Cundiff; Donald Bizer,
President of the Eastern Association; and Kathie Spross, President of
